An easy meat and tomato sauce that is perfect for weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 12 oz. ground lamb
- 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. sugar
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and lamb.
- Add cooked meat along with remaining ingredients besides sugar to instant pot.
- Pressure cook for 45 minutes. Allow to natural release.
- Stir in sugar.
