An easy meat and tomato sauce that is perfect for weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 12 oz. ground lamb
  • 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and lamb.
  2. Add cooked meat along with remaining ingredients besides sugar to instant pot. 
  3. Pressure cook for 45 minutes. Allow to natural release. 
  4. Stir in sugar.
