Maple Dijon chicken thighs

A slightly sweet way to make tender chicken thighs.

Ingredients

  • 10 chicken thighs, bone-in
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from chicken thighs. Coat chicken in spices.
  2. Heat oil over medium-high (6) heat. Brown chicken thighs on both sides.
  3. Add to crockpot with remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
