Maple Dijon chicken thighs

A slightly sweet way to make tender chicken thighs.
Ingredients
- 10 chicken thighs, bone-in
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Remove skin from chicken thighs. Coat chicken in spices.
- Heat oil over medium-high (6) heat. Brown chicken thighs on both sides.
- Add to crockpot with remaining ingredients.
- Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
