Apple cider chicken thighs

A fall flavored dish that is warm and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 10 chicken thighs, bone-in
- 1/2 red onion
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Spices
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Smoked paprika
- Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Slice red onion and set aside.
- Remove skin from chicken thighs. Sprinkle liberally with seasonings and stir to combine.
- Sear chicken thighs until brown on both sides.
- Add to crockpot, along with red onions, apple cider, and mustard. Add additional seasonings to taste.
- Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
