A great way to make juicy chicken breasts for a variety of meals.


  • Chicken breasts


  1. Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Heat lightly greased cast iron skillet over medium-high (6-7) heat. Sauté each piece of chicken for 3 minutes on the first side, then flip. Sauté for 1 minute on the second side, then put cast iron in oven.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until chicken fully cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
