Fruit crumble (oats)

A delicious dessert.

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 4 medium apples/pears
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Crumble

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup gf or oat flour
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cut fruit into 1/8” slices. Mix with remaining fruit ingredients and pour into an 8”x 8” baking dish.
  2. Mix crumble ingredients. Distribute evenly on top of fruit.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
