Ingredients
Fruit
- 4 medium apples/pears
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Crumble
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup gf or oat flour
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Cut fruit into 1/8” slices. Mix with remaining fruit ingredients and pour into an 8”x 8” baking dish.
- Mix crumble ingredients. Distribute evenly on top of fruit.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
