A delicious vanilla version of a brownie that has endless flavor possibilities.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tbsp. jam (optional)

Wet ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour

Instructions

  1. Mix the wet ingredients until smooth.
  2. Fold in flour until just combined. Allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Spread the batter evenly into a lined 8x4 inch loaf pan.
  4. Drop small spoonfuls of jam on top of the batter (optional). Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until center is set.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting.
