A great homemade version of Bob’s 1:1 gluten-free flour blend.

Ingredients

  • 442g white rice flour
  • 204g brown rice flour
  • 204g sorghum flour
  • 192g potato starch
  • 90g tapioca starch
  • 7.5g xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together until well combined. Store in a lidded container.

Notes

Use regular white rice flour, not sticky white rice flour.
