A great homemade version of Bob’s 1:1 gluten-free flour blend.
Ingredients
- 442g white rice flour
- 204g brown rice flour
- 204g sorghum flour
- 192g potato starch
- 90g tapioca starch
- 7.5g xanthan gum
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together until well combined. Store in a lidded container.
Notes
Use regular white rice flour, not sticky white rice flour.
