I took vitamins and supplements regularly during both of my pregnancies. With each pregnancy, I was recommended specific things to take based on my bloodwork and what I was deficient in. My first pregnancy went well, but I felt extremely good during my second pregnancy. If I had to do it again, I would definitely lean more towards the brands and supplements of the second pregnancy than the first. Switching to this type of magnesium supplement was a game changer. I had no problem sleeping through the night most nights, barring any toddler wakeups. Megafood 300mg magnesium malate, citrate & glycinate. Taken 1-2x/day.

Female glandular

California poppy
During my first trimester, my thyroid levels were off. This was prescribed to get that in order and reduce my stress levels. The Wellness Way. 1/2 tsp. taken 2x/day.
Rehmannia
Also prescribed for my thyroid. The Wellness Way. 1/2 tsp. taken 2x/day.
Betaine HCl
I took this until it started making me nauseous. Taken 2x/meal 3x/day.
Pregnancy 1
Iron
I was recommended to take this because I was slightly anemic. Simple Truth chelated iron (from Pick N Save). Taken 2-3x/day.
