A quick but delicious way to make chicken thighs.

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Spices

  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken on both sides. 
  2. Heat oil and brown on both sides.
  3. Add to instant pot with chicken broth. 
  4. Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to natural release for 5 minutes then quick release.
