Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups rice
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cook over low (2) for 15 minutes.
