A flavorful rice great for changing things up.

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Cook over low (2) for 15 minutes.
