A quick and easy side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 can of sliced carrots
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp, lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Drain and rinse carrots. Pat dry.
- Sauté carrots over medium (5) heat until heated through, ~3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Sauté for 1-2 more minutes then remove from heat.
