Ingredients
- 2 canoe cut beef bones (~2 lbs.)
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- If making from frozen, place beef bones on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil. Place in the oven and then preheat to 425°F.
- Oven has preheated, remove baking tray. Lightly spray bones with oil and sprinkle with salt. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes. Scoop out marrow and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Add marrow to a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
