Ingredients
- 3 lbs. boneless short ribs
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. agave or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Generously sprinkle short ribs with salt.
- Brown on both sides in a cast iron skillet over medium-high (6) heat.
- Add browned meat to a crockpot along with remaining ingredients.
- Cook on high for 4 hours until fork tender, flipping halfway through.
