My favorite way to make spaghetti sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. dry red wine or 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 6 oz. can tomato paste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to instant pot besides tomato paste. Gently stir but do not fully incorporate.
- Dollop tomato paste on top and do not stir.
- Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes, then natural release for 15-20 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
