My favorite way to make spaghetti sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. dry red wine or 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 6 oz. can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to instant pot besides tomato paste. Gently stir until mostly combined.
  2. Dollop tomato paste on top of sauce. Do not stir.
  3. Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes, then natural release for 15-20 minutes. Remove bay leaf, stir sauce, and serve.
