    A classic beef meatball with no added filler.

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Spices (3/8 tsp. each)

    • Garlic powder
    • Onion powder
    • White pepper
    • Dried basil
    • Dried cilantro/parsley

    Instructions

    1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
    2. Scoop by the tablespoon onto a baking sheet and roll into balls.
    3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
