A classic beef meatball with no added filler.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Spices (3/8 tsp. each)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- White pepper
- Dried basil
- Dried cilantro/parsley
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet and roll into balls.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
