A great way to stay hydrated.
Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 5 tea bags (see note)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add teabags. Steep for 5 minutes then remove.
- Pour tea into a 1/2 gallon container and add remaining ingredients. Stir until everything is fully dissolved.
- Add remaining water to the top and stir.

Tea flavors: Vanilla blueberry chamomile, Meyer lemon

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Sprinkle of ginger (optional)
- Dab of molasses (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a quart jar.
