Our Mission
Our mission is to provide allergen friendly recipes for people of all ages that taste great, feel normal, and fit into real life.
We believe food should be enjoyable and inclusive, not stressful or isolating. Our goal is to create recipes that fit seamlessly into everyday meals—recipes you’d be proud to serve to anyone, whether they have sensitivities or not.
What “Allergen Friendly” Means Here
We understand that everybody is different, and no single approach works for everyone. While our recipes may not account for every allergy or sensitivity, allergen friendly on this site refers to recipes that do not include the following ingredients:
• Wheat
• Gluten
• Dairy (including milk, butter, and cheese)
• Eggs
• Soy
• Coconut
• Corn
• Oats
• Nuts
Conventional Recipes
Although allergen-friendly recipes are at the heart of what we do, we’ve also included conventional recipes, which contain one or more of the ingredients listed above. If they are included, the ingredient will be clearly noted in parentheses so you can decide what’s right for you.
Why This Site Exists
Through experience, we’ve seen how strongly food can affect the body—especially in children. Certain ingredients can contribute to issues like eczema, digestive discomfort, or mood and behavior changes, yet these connections are often overlooked.
At the same time, families navigating food sensitivities are frequently left with options that feel restrictive, complicated, or disconnected from real life. We created this space to bridge that gap.
Our Approach to Cooking
Our recipes focus on whole foods whenever possible. We don’t rely heavily on processed or “fake” substitutes.
Instead, we aim for meals that are flavorful, approachable, and familiar—food that doesn’t feel “weird” or separate from what everyone else is eating. These are recipes you can make, serve, and enjoy together.
A Quick Note
We are not medical or allergy professionals, and these recipes are not one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s needs are different, and we encourage you to adapt recipes as needed and always read ingredient labels carefully.
