A tasty, healthy, and hearty fruit smoothie.
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen fruit
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 date, softened (see notes)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
To soften date, add to a sauce pan with a 1/2” of water. Heat over medium heat for ~5 minutes, then remove pit.
