A delicious vanilla version of a brownie that has endless flavor possibilities.
Ingredients
- 2-3 Tbsp. jam (optional)
Wet ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Dry ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
Instructions
- Mix the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in flour until just combined. Allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Spread the batter evenly into a lined 8x4 inch loaf pan.
- Drop small spoonfuls of jam on top of the batter (optional). Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until center is set.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting.
