A great side dish for many foods.


  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp, sesame oil
  • 2-3 cups leftover white rice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high (6) heat. Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook until thawed and liquid has mostly evaporated.
  2. Turn heat down to medium (5). Add in avocado and sesame oil, then dump rice on top. 
  3. Season top of rice with soy sauce, coconut aminos, and garlic powder. 
  4. Stir until rice is uniform in color.
