Ingredients
Meat and vegetables
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/4 onion
Spices
- 3/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. thyme
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Rice
- ~4 cups cooked rice -or-
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked rice -and-
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Finely dice bell peppers and onion.
- Sauté on high along with ground beef and turkey until fully cooked.
- Separate meat in half if making double batch.
- Cooked rice: Stir in cooked rice and spices. Sauté on low for 5 minutes.
Uncooked rice: Add uncooked rice, broth, and spices to instant pot. Cook on rice function.
