Cinnamon baking chips

Yield: 1/2 cup
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 33 minutes

A simple yet fancy addition to any baked good.


  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Place on a silicone mat on a baking sheet and flatten to 1/4”.
  2. Bake at 225°F for 28-30 minutes. Place baking sheet on a wire rack and allow to cool.
  3. Use a pizza cutter to cut into 1/4” pieces.


To store, cover in sugar and place in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
