In my kitchen, I am a big fan of small batch baking. Once I decided to try my hand at making cinnamon rolls, I knew making a small batch icing was the next step. However, since there was so few of them, I didn’t want to make a whole bunch of icing that I knew I wasn’t going to eat.
I found a recipe similar to this on Pinterest, but it didn’t have any measurements. The four ingredients used seemed like they would make a decent icing, so I just threw them all together. Below are the approximate measurements are used. This recipe yields about 3 tablespoons of icing, which I felt was perfect for a small batch of cinnamon rolls.
