Yield: 4-6 servings
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 17 minutes

A great way to prepare steak that is being used as a filling (enchiladas, tacos, etc.)



  1. Simmer steak in water until tender, ~ 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  2. Use two forks to pull meat apart.
