- 1 peach
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar
- 3 Tbsp. water
- Slice peach into quarters and remove pit. Cut each quarter into 3 or 4 pieces.
- Add water and coconut sugar to a pot and heat over medium (5). Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add peach slices. Allow to boil for 10-12 minutes, flipping the peach slices a few times in between.
