Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Wet ingredients

  • 1-15 oz. can of pumpkin
  • Scant 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Whisk dry ingredients into wet until fully combined.
  2. Bake in the bottom third of the oven at 375°F for 50-55 minutes.
