- 1 bag (10 oz.) 75-80% cocoa chocolate chips
- 4 medjool dates
- 1/2 c. peanuts
- 1/4 c. cashews (or more peanuts)
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- In the meantime, chop dates into small pieces. Chop some peanuts and any large cashews.
- Mix everything together, and separate into 12 muffin cups or pour onto a lined baking sheet. Allow to harden in the fridge for at least an hour.
