My workout routine

I have adopted a HIIT style of working out at home. Since it’s winter and outdoors is not an option and I don’t want to go to the gym, I needed to figure something out. I’ve heard about HIIT, and thought I would give it a try. Below are my list of workouts, and how I do them.

Workouts

I have compiled a list of workouts that I find beneficial and not completely awful. I then organized them by what part of the body they work; that way, I could decide to either focus on one particular part or work my whole body. These are the workouts I use, and I hope to keep growing this list.

My workout routine

Once I choose what workouts I want to do, all that’s left is to get down to it. Here is how I typically do my workout, doing a little more or less, depending on the day.

Rep 1: Exercise x 40 seconds, rest x 20 seconds

(repeat with each exercise)

—Rest 1 minute 20 seconds—

Rep 2: Exercise x 40 seconds, rest x 20 seconds

(repeat with each exercise)

—Rest 1 minute 20 seconds—

Rep 3: Exercise x 30 seconds, rest x 15 seconds

(repeat with each exercise)

I try to do this 5 days a week, but that never happens. But, that’s it! What is your workout routine at home? Let me know in the comments!
