A classic beef meatball with no added filler.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Spices (3/8 tsp. each)

  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • White pepper
  • Dried basil
  • Dried cilantro/parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
  2. Scoop heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet to form 20 meatballs.
  3. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes (using convection if possible).
