A classic beef meatball with no added filler.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Spices (3/8 tsp. each)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- White pepper
- Dried basil
- Dried cilantro/parsley
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until well combined. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet to form 20 meatballs.
- Bake at 375F for 20 minutes (using convection if possible).
