A foamy, rich drink that is milky and delightful.


  • 2 tsp. instant espresso
  • 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. boiling water
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or 2 Tbsp. water)
  • 1/2 tsp. oil


  1. Add instant espresso powder, brown sugar, salt, and boiling water to serving glass. Stir and set aside.
  2. Heat soy milk, almond milk, and oil in a pot until steaming. Pour into a large jar.
  3. Use a milk frother for 10-20 seconds to create foam. Pour over espresso into desired design.
