An effective and easy to make natural toothpaste.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. bentonite clay
- 1/4 tsp. activated charcoal
- 1/8 tsp. each: himalayan pink salt, tumeric, cayenne, cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground ginger
Instructions
- Mix everything together. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Many sources warn against mixing bentonite clay with metal tools, as it supposedly reduces its effectiveness.
Spices can be omitted and/or substituted.
This toothpaste keeps for at least 2 months at room temperature.
