- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 c. water
- Add flax seeds to boiling water.
- Boil over medium (5) heat until thickens, 8-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool ~30 minutes, or until cool enough to handle. Strain through cheesecloth or piece of fabric into storage jar. Store in fridge.
This keeps in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
