- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 medium head of cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. taco seasoning
- 1 tsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1-2 Tbsp. water, or as needed
- Preheat a cast iron skillet or large, stainless steel pot on medium-high (6). Once hot, add the ground beef, separating it into pieces. Once fully cooked, drain most of the excess oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Continue cooking until cabbage is semi-tender but still has some crunch. Remove from heat and serve.
Goes great with a side of white rice.
