  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cut bell peppers and onions into 1/2 slices. Heat skillet to medium-high (7).
  2. Add oil to hot skillet, along with bell peppers and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for ~7 minutes, stirring often. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve.
