A hearty meal that is rich and filling.
Ingredients
- Enchilada sauce
- Shredded steak
- 8 tortillas, corn or wheat
Instructions
- Coat 9" x 13“ baking dish with ~ 1/3 c. enchilada sauce. Set aside.
- Warm tortillas for 20-30 seconds each. Lightly cover inside of tortilla with enchilada sauce (optional), then add filling.
- Roll seam-side down in dish, then repeat with each tortilla. Cover each tortilla thoroughly with enchilada sauce.
- Cover pan with tin foil, then bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove tin foil, then bake another 5 minutes.
