Chicken kebabs

Chicken kebabs are a fun way to change up eating chicken. This is an easy recipe that benefits from a marinade to enhance the flavor. Using chicken thighs produces nice, juicy pieces of chicken put together on skewers.

A fun way to change up eating chicken, using a marinade to add flavor.


  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 8 wooden skewers


  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper


  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut into 1" to 1 1/2" pieces.
  2. Mix chicken with marinade ingredients. Allow to marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours upt o 24 hours.
  3. Once ready to cook, turn the oven on to low broil. While it is preheading, soak 8 skewers for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Put chicken evenly on skewers. Put skewers onto baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes. Halfway through, drain juices and flip kebabs.
